From Frustrated to Confident.

My journey didn’t begin with a diagnosis.
It began with disconnection.

I didn’t recognize myself — in my body, in my habits, or in the way I related to food.
I felt uncomfortable in my skin, unsure of my choices, and exhausted from trying to “do it right.”

I had done what so many women do:
I tried harder.
I followed rules.
I chased plans that promised confidence — but never taught me how to trust myself.

And the more I tried to control my body, the more disconnected I became from it.

That’s when I realized the problem wasn’t discipline.
It was misalignment.

Instead of asking “What should I do?”
I started asking, “Who am I choosing to be?”

That shift changed everything.

Through rebuilding my relationship with food, movement, and my body — grounded in science, self-trust, and intention — I didn’t just lose weight.
I gained clarity. Confidence. Stability.

And purpose.

This is the work I now guide women through — not to fix themselves, but to realign with who they already are.
